“The first thing that I have noticed was a lot more flexibility in my back, all the way down my back.  One nagging injury that I’ve had anywhere for five to ten years that comes and goes is called Plantar Fasciitis.  And I started using the lower part of the bed to go right into the plantar about two weeks ago.  And I’ve found I have nothing.  I was doing strides on the track this morning.”
